Romania. Ilfov. Financial and Operational Improvement Plan (FOPIP) Apa-Canal Ilfoc (ACI)

The water company ACI operates 12 municipalities around Bucharest and is one of the youngest operators in Romania. ACI has never benefitted from any govemmental or international donor funded Technical Assistance. SaWa was conctracted by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for preparing a FOPIP.
